Phillip R. Zuber is a “top 50” Maryland Super Lawyer and “top 10” Washington, D.C. For 35 plus years, he has practiced in the complex areas of medical malpractice (especially obstetrical, neonatal and emergency medicine issues), electric utility accidents, attorney liability, highway fatalities and catastrophic personal injuries. He has acted as general products liability counsel for an international industrial manufacturer for 35 years. Phillip retired from the firm in 2024.
